Last year, a good friend and colleague told me that her word for the year from the Lord was simply, “Yes!.” That began an adventure for her that she couldn’t have imagined. Great and sometimes a little scary things happen when you say “Yes” to God.
Imagine my delight when I heard Jason Gray’s song, “When I Say Yes” coming though my car radio. I immediately could relate, It is a peppy song that is a wonderful encouragement when you are facing the highs or the lows that any adventure brings.
I found this quote from Jason Gray about this song, `When I Say Yes’ was born from the recognition that all the best adventures in my life started the same way-from saying yes to God when he prompted me to take some leap of faith, no matter how big or small. I’m sure you have good adventures that started the same way.
