Today’s song is another “non-Christian” song that holds great meaning for those of us who believe there is a spiritual battle going on. Havana Brown’s song, Warrior reminds us to not let the enemy bring us down. It is a great song to listen to as a reminder that you do not have to accept being a victim. You can fight back.

Jesus told his disciples to be shrewd and gentle at the same time.

I believe there are times when we would be wise to adopt the attitude of this song and stand up as warriors of the faith.
When the enemy attacks:
- We need to stand like soldiers.
- We must strike like tigers.
- We should punch like a champion.
All the while we dance to the beat of the drum that our faith gives us. The beat that brings joy in the midst of trials. The beat the brings peace that surpasses human understanding.
Let’s agree to tell the enemy to stop trying to bring us down and remind him that we are invincible through Christ’s death and resurrection.
