Over the past weeks I have written about finding rest in the midst of busy schedules and waiting seasons. I have offered strategies to help you experience rest in whatever circumstances you face. Today I want to emphasize that rest—deep satisfying rest—comes from one place alone. It is found in the Presence of God.
Today I simply want to share scripture that emphasizes this truth. These are scriptures that you can copy and post in places to remind yourself that our Lord is the source of all that you need to rest.

Any place you meet with God becomes a place of rest because He is the source of all rest.
