In this day and age, we face numerous sources of anxiety each and every day. Whether you are concerned about your health, your loved ones, your job, your purpose, etc., there is one sure way to relieve stress and anxiety. That way is to worship the Lord.

A posture of worship acknowledges God for who He is. When you worship and honor Him, you take your hands off the issues of life and give Him control. Whatever your form of worship, profess who God is. Play music. Dance. Sing. Make declarations. Speak Scripture aloud. Read the Psalms. The list of worship ideas is as endless and unique as the children of God.

Atmospheres change when you worship and acknowledge God Your Maker, Redeemer, and Comforter.

Are you ready to change the atmosphere in your home, your workplace, or your heart? Worship the Lord for who He is and watch Him bring comfort, joy, wisdom, guidance, and so much more to you. He will meet you where you are, no matter where you are.
